Iron-on painting is a traditional Chinese art form and is also listed as a Chinese intangible cultural heritage. Originating in the late Western Han Dynasty and flourishing during the Eastern Han Dynasty, it has a history of over two thousand years. Also known as iron-branding or fire-pen painting, it involves using a hot iron to create branded marks on an object to form an image. The creation of iron-branding art requires a precise control of temperature, speed, pressure and angle, whilst emphasising the principle that ‘the intention precedes the stroke, and the form is created upon application’.

Handmade objects carry the heart and soul of our artisans, and we hope they find a home with those who truly appreciate them. Our policy is as follows:
Custom-made items (including but not limited to pieces with specific size adjustments, color/material choices, personalized engravings, or bespoke designs): These are created exclusively for you and cannot be resold. As such, they are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all custom details carefully before confirming your final design.
Non-custom stock items: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery—we will assist you promptly.
