Custom-made items: Each bespoke piece requires a dedicated communication process to finalize every detail before our artisans begin their work. From order confirmation to completion, please allow 15–30 business days for production.

We kindly ask for your patience—true craftsmanship cannot be rushed, and we believe the wait is always worthwhile.

We offer international shipping to most countries and regions worldwide.

Shipping methods and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

Handmade objects carry the heart and soul of our artisans, and we hope they find a home with those who truly appreciate them. Our policy is as follows:

Custom-made items (including but not limited to pieces with specific size adjustments, color/material choices, personalized engravings, or bespoke designs): These are created exclusively for you and cannot be resold. As such, they are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all custom details carefully before confirming your final design.

Non-custom stock items: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery—we will assist you promptly.
