Temari, also known as hand-sewn balls, were introduced to Japan by envoys sent to Tang China during the High Tang period, where they became a pastime for the aristocracy. They later gradually evolved into an exquisite traditional folk craft, cherished by collectors for their aesthetic appeal and tactile pleasure. Custom-made items (including but not limited to pieces with specific size adjustments, color/material choices, personalized engravings, or bespoke designs): These are created exclusively for you and cannot be resold. As such, they are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all custom details carefully before confirming your final design.
Non-custom stock items: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery—we will assist you promptly.
